Are we being slowly walked into Tyranny

When I start looking at all the different bills going through in different stages at the moment, and a common theme seems to be more power to the state, or arms of the state (Local authorities). More Surveillance of citizens, more use of the computer says.....

Is it I am turning into a conspiracy theorist or are the different dots starting to align.

We know how the Children's Wellbeing and Schools bill will harm all children's educational opportunities. We know it undermines all educators. We know it undermines parents. But if we intersect it with a few other bills Crime and Policing Bill   and Data (Use and Access) Bill [HL]   this last one I am unsure if this is a minister trying to roll it back a little bit    Public Authority Algorithmic and Automated Decision-Making Systems Bill [HL]   then it starts to look quite dire for the average citizen.
