When even the Education select Committee is critical you would think someone would start to think this Bill does not pass the SNIFF test

our Committee in pre-legislative scrutiny, or even to give us prior notice
of the Bill’s publication, has made it more difficult for us to conduct
proper scrutiny. The Bill’s timetable has been rushed and inadequate.
The Government must engage meaningfully, and in a timely way, with select
committees on important legislation."    So if this is going to be good legislation that will benefit all children's wellbeing what has the government got to hide that they are not even enabling the Scrutiny committees to do their jobs properly.
